Shipping policy

Payment Method:

1. Currently our website service is available for domestic customers

2. Customers can pay using Razorpay (Net banking, UPI, Wallet , Credit and Debit cards) through which you can pay us through your credit or debit card.

3. We do not provide Cash on Delivery at this moment.

Shipping Policy:

1. What are the shipping charges?

As we operate from Kotagiri, Tamil Nadu, we charge the below for all orders placed.

Every order will be charged at a Kilogram basis. For example, if the delivery address is in Karnataka and

A. If the total weight of an order is 400gms, then the shipping charge will be calculated for 1kg. Fee would be 60 Rs.

B. If the total weight of an order is 1kg, then the shipping charge will be calculated for 1kg. Fee would be 60 Rs.

C. If the total weight of an order is 1.5kg, then the shipping charge will be calculated for 2kgs. Fee would be 120 Rs.

Every additional [kg] attracts additional fee calculated at kg basis as explained above.

2. When will I get my order?

A. As our shipping partners don't work on Sundays, all orders placed after Saturday 6pm, get shipped on Monday.

B. The standard delivery for all items within Tamil Nadu is 2-3 days, Kerala, Andhra, Karnataka, Telangana is 3-5 days and Rest of India is 8-10 days [excluding Sundays and National holidays] from the next day [excluding Sundays and National holidays] of the order date.

C. In case of any unexpected courier delays by the courier company, Secret spices shall not be responsible for the same. However, we will follow up to make sure the parcel reaches you.

D. All the orders are delivered by leading delivery partners and delivery is available only in India.
